Per the government requirements, programs that qualify for CPF funding are programs used for professional use.
Your program will be adapted to your level and your learning objectives, but each program that International Mountain Connection offers covers the five themes that will be included in the test at the end of the training:
Once you have started your program, you must complete your training within the predetermined date.
If you do not complete your training within this time, you will personally be responsible for paying for your training.
In order to show progression throughout a program, all trainees are required to complete a quiz before starting their program and another mid-way.
At the end of the training, trainees are required to take a test that certifies their level of English. The cost of this test is included in your training.
Different training companies offer programs with different certifications. If you are interested in a specific type of certification, be sure you search for a program that includes it.
In addition, depending on the certification test, trainees either take the test online or they are required to travel to a testing center.
International Mountain Connection uses certification tests that can be completed online and trainees are not required to travel to a testing center to fulfill this requirement for their CPF training program.
Training programs administered by IMC are not funded using the CPF if they do NOT: cover the five skill areas, have the means to validate the progress of the trainee, or have a final test with a certificate.
It isn’t as painful as it sounds, but we want to keep you aware of what steps must be taken to ensure that your training is suitable for CPF funding.
If you want more information about your rights and responsibilities for using your CPF money for training, you can visit the following link.
International Mountain Connection is Qualiopi certified, which means that we offer training programs that can be paid using government funding (CPF, OPCOs, FNE, Pôle Emploi – See below for specific links).
