Target Audience
English training for tourism professionals is ideal for two groups of people:
1) those who greet tourists, working at the front desks of resorts, hotels and tourist offices,
2) those who sell products or services frequented by an international clientele, working in restaurants, hotels, local specialty stores, etc.

Prerequisites
There are no specific prerequisites, but the trainee confirms that he/she has access to a computer equipped with a webcam and microphone, and that he/she has high-speed Internet access, if they choose to have online sessions.

Michelle Onofrey, the lead English trainer at International Mountain Connection, has a Bachelor’s degree in teaching with more than 15 years of teaching experience and almost 20 years of experience traveling the world and doing sports in the mountains.

10, 20, or 30 hours of training*
*Each training program consists of the training time plus one hour to take the language certification test at the end of the program for those using their CPF.
